Welcome to Lidder Resorts, Pahalgam. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking Policy

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. Advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid upon check-in.
1.3. Any special requests (e.g., extra beds, dietary needs) must be communicated during the booking process and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations made 15 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2.3. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
2.4. No refund will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
3.2. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
